WODS is excited to announce a full slate of summer 2023 programming, including youth programming and two adult league nights, to the WODS community.
Format:
- Co-ed 7v7 with Gender Rule A (ABBA Format)
- Two adult leagues: Tuesdays (Beginner-Recreational) and Thursdays (Intermediate-Competitive).
- All leagues will be team registration, with Tuesdays offering individual registration additionally.

UPDATE (May 22): We are no longer offering a regular Wednesday night adult league. Information is posted here about a pick-up league on Wednesday nights.
Dates:
- May 30 – August 31
- 14 week season
Game Times: 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm
Location: Kiwanis Park, Kitchener
Cost:
- Teams: Early bird fee of $1300/team if paid by May 15th, or $1400 after
- Tuesday Individuals: $100 if paid by May 15th, or $110 after
- Please e-transfer payments to treasurer@wods.ca after registering
- Fee assistance is available for players who would like to participate in WODS’ league programs but who may not have the financial means to do so. Please contact Adam, our president, at president@wods.ca for more information.
Registration:
- Closes May 25th (or when the league is full).
- Participants must be at least 18 years old as of May 30th, 2023. Individuals under this age may contact leagues@wods.ca to discuss an exception.
- We have updated our waivers. All participants are required to review carefully and complete them prior to registration (you must use the links to sign the waivers before you can see the registration link).
