WODS will be running three mixed leagues this fall:
- a coached HAT league for beginner/intermediate players on Tuesdays
- a league for intermediate/competitive teams on Thursdays, and
- an indoor 4s league on Fridays
Tuesday Coached HAT League Format and Information:
- September 3, 2024 to October 29, 2024 (9 weeks)
- Mixed gender 7v7 format
- Individual registration (beginner/intermediate experience encouraged)
- One hour of instruction/drills coached by experienced players followed by a one hour game
- 6:30-8:30PM
- Cost: $100 / player
- Location: Fountain Street Sports Complex, Cambridge, ON
- Registration opens August 8 and closes September 1

Thursday Adult League Format and Information:
- September 5 to October 31 (8 games over 9 weeks (one bye week))
- Mixed gender 7v7 with Gender Rule A (ABBA Format)
- Team registration
- Two hour games (starting at 6:00pm or 6:30pm)
- Cost: $800 / team (As space is limited, teams’ spots are confirmed once payment is received NOT by registration date.)
- Locations: Fountain Street Sports Complex (Cambridge, ON) / Schlegel Park (Kitchener, ON)
- Registration opens August 8 and closes August 30

Friday Indoor Mixed Fall League Format and Information:
- September 6 – December 6 (14 week season)
- Mixed gender 4v4 format
- 1 hour games
- Start times 9:30PM, 10:00PM or 10:30PM
- Cost: $800 per team (early bird) or $900 per team (regular)
- Early Bird Registration opens August 8 and closes August 25
- Regular Registration opens August 29 and closes September 2
- Location: Com Dev Indoor Soccer Park, Cambridge, ON

Payment:
- Please e-transfer payments to treasurer@wods.ca after registering
- Fee assistance is available for players who would like to participate in WODS’ league programs but who may not have the financial means to do so. Please contact Adam, our president, at president@wods.ca for more information.
Registration:
- Closes August 30 (or when leagues are full).
- Please note that teams’ spots are confirmed in order of receipt of payment NOT by registration date.
- Participants must be at least 18 years old as of August 31st, 2023. Individuals under this age may contact leagues@wods.ca to discuss an exception.
- We have updated our waivers. All participants are required to review carefully and complete them prior to registration (you must use the links to sign the waivers before you can see the registration link).
